How to remove nail polish from your pants?

I wanted to paint my nails at school, i put the nail polish on my lap took out the little brush. My friend thoght i was reading a note and moved my hand and i stained my pants. Now i got this black stain on my pants, how do i remove it? Plz help!:|

are your pants white if they are then put your pants in the washer and wash them with bleach and with warm water.
Wash it with bleach or something
rubbing alcohol i know it works with latex paint
