You can use a strong Nail police remover, white spirit, petrol . Just apply on affected areas for around an hour and then try to handwash first with a luck warm water. ( NOT boiling hot )otherwise the stain will spreadout.

soak it in polish remover, then put it in the washer with hot water..
throw it away
