I want to know what hair dye brands and nail polish is okay to use while pregnant. What beauty rituals do you have while pregnant? Why do legs and feet get really swollen and tingly and does it worsen the more you sit longer, even with a foot rest?What brands of nail polish is safe to wear while pregnant?
I still dyed my hair and painted my nails while I was pregnant. As long as you're in a ventilated area you are fine. I even had my nails done when I was pregnant and the doctor didn't object whatsoever.
Plus, at 8-9 months along, you REALLY can't give yourself a pedicure. Hehe.
Some people prefer temporary dyes when they're pregnant and some prefer the permanent. I chose permanent. Temporary fades way too quickly. Be careful though. You never know what hormone changes your body is going thru at that specific time and hair color might not work the same pre-baby as it does at 3-6-9 months. It's all a constant change.

How can some one get nail polish off their mouth that prevents nail biting?
My daughter is trying to stop biting her nails and after applying this to her nails, she forgot and put a finger to her mouth. It causes a nasty taste and she can't get the taste off her lip now. Could she use nail polish remover on her lip?How can some one get nail polish off their mouth that prevents nail biting?
1) wash it w/soap %26amp; water in the shower/tub
2) or use toothpaste %26amp; tooth brush (be gentle though)
3) or try drinking some tomatoe juice
I guess that will help her not bite her nails anymore, huh? lol!

You can get it at Trade Secret, Ulta or JCPenney. It costs $7.50 a bottle, but I use my Ulta rewards and get it for free. OPI makes a product called Chip Skip, which you apply as a base coat, then apply two coats of polish, and then apply the OPI Rapid Dry top coat. Your nails should go several days without chipping. When you apply the polish, never put on more than two coats at once, and apply two thin coats using just enough color to even coat each nail. When you apply the polish too thick, it never gets a chance to dry thoroughly.

How long does nail polish last before it expires?
I have many nail polishes that I've used only a handful of times. I was wondering how long will they last before having to be tossed out?How long does nail polish last before it expires?

Try lightly sanding your nails then buff them. I promise you this works because I do this a few times a month. Once you have the top of the nail smooth, buff until you start to see a little shimmer. Everyone thinks I use clear polish for the shine, but it's all natural.

Try using a multi-nail buffer. You can go to CVS, Duane Reade, Rite-Aid, Pathmark, or any other drugstore.
eat plenty ov fresh fruits!

Use this nail kit, it's a little expensive but gives great results. Your nails will shine and look lots better! The moisturizer helps too cause it keeps your cuticles looking good :) Good luck!
